How To Cook Sesame Fried Chicken

Sesame Fried Chicken
  •  cooking oil
  • 1/2cup  sesame seeds
  • 1  egg
  • 2tbsp milk
  • 1tbsp flour
  • 1/2cup flour
  • 1 1/2tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 3-lb chicken,cut up


PROCEDURE:
Put about 1/2 inch(1.25cm) cooking oil in electric skillet. Set control for 350F(175C). beat egg,milk, and 1tbsp(15ml) flour together with a fork in a flat dish. combine sesame seeds, 1/2 cup (125ml) flour,salt and pepper in another flat dish. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then roll them in flour mixture to coat all sides. 

Drop chicken into hot oil, cover (leave vent in lid open) and cook about 15 minutes or until dark golden brown. Turn chicken pieces. Reduce temperature to 300F (150C) and continue cooking uncovered,until golden on all sides and tender, about 15 minutes more. Serve immediately
