Sweet & Sour Fish Fry


Ingredients :
  • ½ mackerel
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind juice makanair
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • cooking oil
  • 200 ml of water
Seasoning :
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 leek
  • 5 star fruit vegetable
  • 4 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 pieces of red chili
How to Sweet & Sour Fish Fry
  1. Heat oil and saute until fragrant spices iris. Add water, with salt, pepper sugar, oyster sauce, tamarind and soy sauce and stir and cook until boiling and mature.
  2. Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate, pour the sweet and sour sauce and serve.
