Sweet & Sour Fish Fry
Ingredients :
- ½ mackerel
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon tamarind juice makanair
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- cooking oil
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tomato
- 1 leek
- 5 star fruit vegetable
- 4 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 pieces of red chili
- Heat oil and saute until fragrant spices iris. Add water, with salt, pepper sugar, oyster sauce, tamarind and soy sauce and stir and cook until boiling and mature.
