RECIPES ONDE ONDE SPESIAL
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of glutinous rice flour
- 3 ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 potato, steamed, mashed
- 200 ml warm water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- sesame taste
- 300 grams of beef, boiled, shredded-shredded
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 10 tablespoons water
- 2 tbsp corn starch, dissolved in 4 tablespoons water
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt, pepper powder and sugar to taste
- 300 ml of water for dyeing
- enough cooking oil for frying
- To process the dough: Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Put the meat, water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir well, add the sliced onions and cook until the water is reduced. Pour a solution of sago flour, stir and cook until thickened, remove from heat.
- Skin : Mix all ingredients except sesame skin, mix the dough until smooth.
