How To Cook Herbed Lamb Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 lb ground pork
  • 1cube chicken bouillon
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried leaf marjoram
  • 1/4tsp dried leaf basil
  • 1/4tsp leaf rosemary
PROCEDURE:
     
  Heat oven to 350F (175C).Have ready a 9x5x3 inch
 (23x12.5x7.5cm) loaf pan
       Beat eggs lightly with fork in a mixing bowl.Add meat and blend together lightly with a fork.Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and add along with all remaining ingredients Blend lightly with a fork Put into loaf pan.  Bake 11/2 hours
